Haney Pioneer Village Coop Application – November 2023

 

We are only accepting applications for 2 bedroom units at this time

Our main office is located inside our recreation centre and is open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 2 pm.

Our co-op does not use a waitlist. We are given 60 days notice for a vacancy and the membership committee reviews the applications, then selects and interviews candidates for membership into the co-op. Their recommendation is given to the Board of Directors.

Our current Operating Agreement restricts two bedroom units for couples only. Single applicants will not be considered for a two bedroom unit.
