We are accepting applications for 1 & 2 bedroom units at this time (No Vacancy Opening) Upon application it is important that applicates check in with membership via email applyhaneyvillage@yahoo.com or phone (604) 463-2289 every 2 – 3 months to verify you are still interested in keeping your application on file.

Our co-op does not use a waitlist. We are given 60 days notice for a vacancy and the membership committee reviews the applications, then selects and interviews candidates for membership into the co-op. 3 recommendations are given to the Board of Directors for review and approval.

Our current Occupancy Agreement restricts two bedroom units for couples only. Single applicants will not be considered for a two bedroom unit.
